Solar Power

I don''t know what the power bill is nor what the energy consumption is for the library, but I''m wondering if any thought has been given to putting solar arrays on the roof to help generate electricity to run the place?  Brian Caldwell

We are considering solar panels on the roof, since we have a large flat surface up there - we'll know more later this year about the feasability of the solar idea.

I would like to second the suggestion that the library become more sustainable (both environmentally and economically). Please let the public know when/if there's an opportunity to weigh in on this issue so we can support it!
